An emgerancy AGM has been proposed, with the following provisional arrangements.
The meeting is to be held at the normal shooting location – to wit JCS Leisure, Moor Farm , Elsham on Saturday 16th June 2012 @ 14:00 in the main Barn Building.
All these details will be confirmed by either letter and/or email in the next few days

Dear Archery club,
Unfortunately due to work/ life commitments I am no longer able to participate in archery any longer. This means I am selling my bow, arrows etc. Please see attached photos. All equipment is in excellent condition and I am looking to sell it as one lot in the region of £220.
As this is specialised equipment I was wondering if you would be so kind as to advertise this for sale within your club, perhaps on the club website or notice board.

The AGM will take place on Saturday 11th February 2012, in the Meeting Room of The Royal Hotel, Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe.
The Meeting will start at 07:30 p.m. prompt.
As this is not a normal Club Day, there will be No shooting on the day.
Please note – this is advanced notice. Both the Chairman and the Secretary will be standing down from this meeting, but this will be included in the Agenda on the day.
If anyone has any further items to add to the Agenda, please let me know no later than the week before.

Shooting: Four archers per boss in two details of two. Arrows will be shot in ends of 3 in two minutes. Recurve and Compound archers will shoot on vertical three spot faces. Longbow, bare bow and Junior archers will shoot on single 60cm faces unless requested otherwise.

Urgent …. Good evening everyone – it seems to be continuous apologies from me this week.As you will be aware, it was intended that we start our indoor sessions this week.However, due to unforeseen circumstance, we will be unable to start these sessions this week after all (Wednesday 21st September)
It is hoped that we will be able to start shooting at The Royal in the next week or so and I will , of course, let you know what’s happening by email, Facebook or Twitter as soon as everything can be suitably sorted out.
