  Announcement – Date of the Club AGM 

  For the attention of all club members of the AnchorBowmen of Scunthorpe and The 100Yard Field Archery Club.

  The Committee would like to announce that the AGM of the club has been arranged for :

  Wednesday 13th January 2010

  at The Royal Hotel. Doncaster Rd, Scunthorpe.

  This will, for evening replace the normal Indoor Session, although the meeting will run at the normal times (07:00 p.m. onwards)

   

  Any questions or comments, please refer them to myself, or any other member of the committee.

  There is NO indoor session tonight, Wednesday 2nd December.

  As per previously published, this week session is TOMORROW night – Thursday 3rd December 2009.

  Please remember, the Indoor session this week (w/c Monday 30th November 2009), at the Royal Hotel,  is on THURSDAY 3rd DECEMBER, and not Wednesday.

  Apologies – Mid week session 24nov09 

  Hi guys - just a quick message.

  Please accept our apologies for not being able to shoot this week. Even though the normal “Wednesday” had already been changed to Tuesday, there was a small problem, even then. On Tuesday anyone who attended the Royal found, like myself, that, not only was the room double booked, but there where also problems with the Water Supply within the Hotel. So, at that point , it became apparent that we would be unable to shoot.

  The Club was unaware that there would be a problem until we turned up to set-up. As such, we do apologise to anyone who turned up to shoot but couldn’t.

  Please note — the session next week is scheduled for THURSDAY, not Wednesday.

  Indoor Shooting Dates – an Update 

  Update – Sunday 20th Dec 2009

  Please note there is an update message, as regards the Anchorbowmen/The 100 Yard Field Archery Club indoor shooting schedule.

  This Wednesday – 23rd December – this day has had to moved to Tuesday 22nd

  Wednesday 13th January 2010 – this has now been dedicated to the Annual Club AGM. Letters for this will be circulated in the next few days (subject to the Christmas mail). If you have any items you wish to have added to the agenda, please feel free to contact myself, or any member of the committee and we will consider your request.

  Please take note – for booking reasons at the Hotel, some of the Wednesday night dates have had to rearranged to avoid some of the bookings already been made with the hotel. Following is a list of the remaining known dates, with those that have been amended highlighted for you information.
