AGM Update
Firstly, can I thank everyone who came to the AGM last Wednesday, it was much appreciated. For the information of all club members, the following information is now available:
- Annual Subscriptions: Following the required discussions at the AGM, it has been agreed that the Annual Club Subscription rate is to held at the existing levels for another year. With this in mind, I will be posting letters out to all club members asking for their required yearly payments (many thanks to those of you who have already paid). These letters should be with you in the next few days.
- Summer Have-a-goes. We already have been asked to attend Brocklesby Show, yet again. As with last year, the club is seeking volunteers to help run this Have-a-go, the show taking place on Sunday, 27th June 2010. Anyone who can help on this date, could they please have a word with myself, either of the Steve’s or Brian so we can make up a members list.
- There is, possibly, several more Have-a-go dates to be confirmed – several possibly at the Heavy horse Centre near Spilsby. I have a list of dates to write up and I will post them shortly.
